ummm i know i have nothin to do with your conversation but to pose an opposing side.... cung stands a better chance against silva than anyone!! in the UFC that is.... and that dude that gave paulo filho a run for his money i forgot his name at the moment... but i would love to watch that fight....
the only thing is that cung doesnt have the reach that silva has even with his legs....
alls i gotta say is good luck to whom ever fights the spider... because right now he's the man!!!

I think Cung doesn't have more than that. Anderson is more accurate, has better hands and is more powerfull. I just don't think that standing is way to beat Anderson. I think the one that can beat Silva would have to take him down and at a very least wear him down on the ground before striking with him. Just standing with him is pretty much asking for KO. Things might be little different in light heavies now thou. Much different competition level, lots more great fighters there. I think if he will get defeated it will likely be there.

fedors striking has always been over-rated, he throws short punches and timmay can keep him at bay with jabs to avoid those. tims only real advantage is his size, and used the right way with good power like in the nog fight he can destroy fedor. but tims TD defense is very suspect, so if fedor wins, it will only be by submission
