Seriously I don't think anyone known right now will take out Fedor but I do think Andrei or Josh Barnette can give him a run for his money and give us a great watch.

I like Randy but I do think he has the lowest chance of beating Fedor out of the names I mentioned.

Randy had to battle for 5 rounds (25 min) to defeat Tim Sylvia by desicion..it only took 36 seconds to Fedor to beat Tim. Randy went off UFC as champion because he was avoiding to fight Nogueira and Crocop. Nogueira has been # 2 in the world for quite a while and Fedor won twice over Nogueira and once over Crocop.
Fedor has fought Nogueira, Crocop,Mark Hunt,Tim Sylvia..all of them top competition. Randy Couture fought Josh Barnett and lost and as I mentioned won via desicion to Sylvia.

Yep, I am not counting anyone out..an I'm sure that Randy will give a lot more battle to Fedor than Sylvia...It will be agreat fight, still see Fedor winning but It will be a great fight indeed.

I'm new to these forums, and I must say there are alot of people on here who have no business even discussing MMA. Any of you who thought Silvia had any chance whatsoever are not well informed. Silvia has done nothing to deserve my respect since he won the title in the UFC. Since then he has only done what was necessary to squeak by with a victory. He's afraid of getting in and punching with anyone. He walks around the ring like he's lost and does little or no damage.
As for Fedor, he is without a doubt on the top of the foodchain in any organization including the UFC. On the other hand, anyone can be beaten. I believe many of you are counting out Randy. Granted, he's getting old, but he is not beyond his prime yet. He's still as dominating as he was five years ago. He is one possibility. We also have fighters like Brandon Vera. Brandon has a very different style than Fedor and would make an entertaining matchup. I guarantee he would do better than Sylvia did. Up and coming fighters may be surprising us in this weightclass as well. Though not as well rounded as the aforementioned fighters, we have much to see yet from fighters like Kimbo Slice and Brock Lesnar. These are just a couple of things to think about. I'm interested in everyone's opinions.

Couture is in good shape still but not in his prime.
Brandon Vera is not even near to Fedor's level...he lost to Tim Sylvia and Fedor demolished Sylvia in 36 seconds, Verdum won easily over Vera and Vera had a hard time against Reese Andy.
I think he is a good prospect, talented but has a long way to go to think of him as a good matchup for Fedor, Fedor will probably end Vera in less than a round...Vera is fighting at 205lbs now anyways.
Kimbo and Brock are strong fighters that probably will get better but I dont see them as top contenders at the HW division...
