Both guys were completely consumed thru the two rounds i mean really bad but yet again the street fighter throughs those powerful uppercut with some great combos which really hurt Thompson at the beginning of round 3.

Props to both fighters & hopefully to see more great MMA fights over here guys/gals.

It did kinda look like a tap but I think he was giving the thumbs up to the ref so he doesnt make a bad stop... even though he kinda did anyway.

Kimbo got 10-9'd first two rounds.. and Thompson has SHIT standup + a glassjaw (normally he wuda gone down but he knew he was halfway there in round 2 when kimbo landed those uppercuts)..

Thompson's ear was NOT falling off you idiots. He has cauliflower ear so his ears always look like they're swollen extreme --> hence why they look deformed. And when someone with that level of cauliflower ear gets cut, it does look gross.. but it's not a fucking stoppage. Look at him, he was fine... he cuda carried on fighting!

The stoppage was kinda stupid... but to the real MMA fan (not the beer-tossing trashers who just wanna see someone get KTFO'd and don't know shit about MMA or technique), Kimbo has been exposed there... Even in his stand-up. Heavy hands, decent peek-a-boo technique, but he throws linear punches.. not angular ones, most of the time. He is better than 80-85% of the Heavyweight MMArtists for hands only (but HWs suck technically compared to other weight classes anyway!), but boxing isn't the only science involved in striking...

If this was Thiago Silva VS Kimbo.. it wuda been a bloodbath standing AND on the ground. And thiago's not a HW, he's a genuine 205er!

Basic Heavyweight matchup i knew thompson would dominate on the ground with brutal ground and pound and i expected kimbo to go for submission attempts which he did a couple of times (nearly ddt'ing thomson) attempting 3-4 guillotine's during 1-2 rounds i thought thompson would dominate the stand up hence his fights with FRYE and Tattoo'd up Emielienko knocking Alex down in the first 5 seconds only to be submitted seconds later, but kimbo demonstrated his heavy hands can do damage when he hits and boy i'll admit if the ref didnt stop it he prolly woulda had to have surgery on that popped ear of his but i thought thompson was doing his best to defend himself umm last thing some fuckin idiot said thompson outweighed kimbo "by at least 30 pounds" FUCK OFF kimbo was just as big as Thompson if not MORE SOLID thompson looked soft in this fight he looked a lot better in his fight with frye and alexander but thompson was 259 no way was kimbo under 240 thats fucking ridiculous they should get bob saap or someother big black freak to test kimbo's chin i have nothing at all against kimbo i look forward to his future mma fights but if thats all he could do i'd hate to see what bob saap (who nearly destroyed the ufc hw champ) it just seems like a big circus freak vs freak so why not bring the biggest gayest pussiest freak of them all saap would annihalate kimbo as would ortiz that other huge HW on elite xc and 90% of the ufc hw's excluding that faggit pagapano

The announcers mentioned that Thompson took 4-5 unanswered shots there at the end?? He was hurt but def still fighting. The ear definitely needed to be checked but man that was weak.

Is it just me or didn't Kimbo take approx. 1:00 of unanswered elbows at the end of the 2nd? That would have stopped elsewhere probably.

Man, Thompson has no striking power...those really looked like pro wrestling punches!
