Quarry was pretty impressive but as for Starnes - I just can't understand how anyone can get to that level of fighting and not get over the "I don't like being hit" thing... Either you start attacking so relentlessly that your opponent becomes overwhelmed or you just deal with being hit and execute your game plan like a professional.
Nothing about that fight makes me think that KS has any kind of a future in MMA other than being known as that dick who ran away like a pussy for 15 minutes in arguably the least competitive MMA fight of all time.

it did look like something was wrong there, apparently several things were wrong, but they all point in kalib starnes' direction.
i bet when the ufc gave him a contract in the first place not only did he rejoice but he got on all fours and told dana white he could have some if he wanted...
it's no different than any contract, first you beg for it, then you curse it for not paying as well as you want.
anyway, i'm sure his game plan worked to perfection: the ufc is now exposed to the world of mma as a bad, bad place that doesn't pay their fighters what they deserve. they will probably struggle to get another event going. and starnes wil surely be hired for a bundle to perform with his amazing technique in some other organization

man and to think i used to have respect for starnes when he fought in TUF, he actually almost beat kendal grove and then just like in this fight he pussed out majorly, SHAMEFUL!
